By specializing in Gas Piping, Ventilation and Air Duct Cleaning in the Tri-Cities WA and Walla Walla County, we have a high level of knowledge and expertise in our trade. We also gain significant purchasing power by specializing and ordering our Gas Piping and Venting materials in quantity, allowing us to pass on the savings to you, our customer.
J&M Services was founded by husband and wife team Jeremiah & Michelle Doty. With nearly 10 years in the field, "I decided it was time to start our own company specializing in quality AND customer satisfaction." Jeremiah worked at his Father's local grocery store every day after school growing up, and learned a level of customer service that is nonexistent in the construction industry. Michelle has an 11 year background in accounting and customer service. We have a wonderful 12 year old girl, Ashley and a 2 year old boy, Payne that keeps us on our toes when not out in the field.
We take pride in the reputation we have built for ourselves and the company providing only the highest quality, service and value. We maintain good relationships with all of our wholesalers. We understand that our employees are our greatest assets who are hard working honest people we have known for many years. At J&M Services we require that everyone is continuously engaged in ongoing training and certification classes so that we may continue to offer our customers the best choices and quality for their Gas Plumbing or Ventilation needs.
We are Indoor Air Quality certified thru RotoBrush Air Duct Cleaning International. We pride ourselves on the ability to give the customer the end result they expect and deserve at a competitive price.
Most recently we started a full remodel of our own home and because of that we understand Homeowners needs and frustrations with contractors from ongoing personal experience. We can relate to having to sleep in other rooms of the house while working on our bedrooms, enjoyed barbeques while working on our kitchen, and have had to bundle up during a winter time heating system changeover.
We have learned that customer referrals are by far the most powerful form of advertising for our business, we aspire to have all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with their experience with J&M Services. We do not believe a job is a onetime event, all of our customers become part of the J& M Services family. We know how we personally want to be treated, so we treat our customers the same!
